Degree Show

Gray's School of Art Degree show ran from Friday the 15th of June to saturday the 23rd. The show was very successful. here is my exhibition space shown below. Demonstrating the equestrian theme, with beautiful photography by Louise Carnegie. While the exhibition was running i got some lovely comments and Won the RGU Purchase prize winning £500 as one of my pieces are now in the RGU archives. (The tweed dress shown below on the wall)

Ruffles Galore!!

FABULOUS, FEMININE AND FUN!!

A 1950's inspired cocktail dress. Made from Aubergine Duchess Satin with a Rose lining. Was constructed with 5 Layers of Ruffles each 3 metres long, sweetheart neckline with 3/4 sleeves.

This was my first Project at Uni when I learned how to use industrial sewing machines and how to professionally construct a Garment, which has now lead on to much much more.... so watch this space to see what I get up to

From the Success of this Dress I was shown in an exhibition at Grays School of Art and Catwalk show held at the Aberdeen Art Gallery in Aberdeen. I Also made it into my local Newspaper!! oooh yippie for me!!
